Order Processing Timelines
Every denim order undergoes standard verification and packing before dispatch. Processing starts once payment confirmation is fully received, and does not include weekends or recognized public holidays. Fabric inspection, sizing cross-check and secure packaging for jeans take place within our fixed processing window before items are handed over to shipping carriers. You can monitor the progress of your placed order via the Track Order page once shipment labels are generated.
Orders submitted outside standard daily processing hours will begin handling the next active business day. We do not offer expedited processing requests to prioritize individual orders over existing queue sequences to maintain consistent handling standards for all customers.
Delivery Service Coverage
Domestic shipping services cover all contiguous United States addresses. We do not fulfill orders to international territories, overseas military bases or PO box locations at this time. Physical street addresses are required for all deliveries to avoid failed drop-offs and returned denim shipments.

Shipping Cost Structure
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your merchandise subtotal before tax:
- Orders with a subtotal of $39 or above qualify for free standard ground shipping
- Orders with a subtotal below $39 will incur a flat shipping rate of $5.99
All shipping charges cover carrier transit, packaging materials and label generation. Handling fees are not listed as separate line items on customer invoices and are incorporated into the displayed delivery cost at checkout.
Delivery Related Issues
Delays stemming from carrier network disruptions, weather events or regional logistics backlogs fall outside our direct operational control. If your tracking status stalls for an extended period, submit a detailed inquiry through Contact Us with your order number for follow-up support.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer require a formal carrier investigation before resolution steps can begin. We will coordinate with the delivery service on your behalf once you submit your support request.
Damaged denim items received in transit qualify for resolution under our return framework; retain all original packaging and shipping materials to complete your claim process smoothly.
Address Modifications After Checkout
Shipping address changes can only be processed before an order finishes packing and carrier handoff. Once a shipment label is printed, address edits are no longer possible. Inaccurate address details provided by the customer at checkout leading to returned or lost packages will incur additional reshipping fees for re-delivery of your jeans.
