Condition Requirements For Returns

All returned jeans must arrive unused, unwashed and free of stains, scuffs or stretching from regular wear. Original attached tags must stay intact, and the product must be sent back in its original packaging. Denim pieces with signs of regular wear, altered hems, custom modifications or persistent discoloration will be sent back to the customer without refund processing.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers cover all shipping costs associated with sending items back to our facility unless the denim product arrived with manufacturing defects or transit damage. If your jeans arrive damaged during initial delivery, retain all shipping boxes and packaging materials and submit photos through our contact channel. We will provide complimentary return shipping labels for confirmed defective or damaged denim orders.

Refund Processing Timeline
